I have been involved in real estate since 1970 and purchased my first rental in 1972. I am married (51 years) and have two children and three grandchildren. I currently sing in two barbershop choruses and two quartets that perform all over the United States and Canada.

My hobby besides my singing is running. Although I don’t run as fast as I used to, I still enjoy the exercise. In the past, I have had the pleasure of being in many humorous Northwest commercials (Les Schwab) over a ten-year period.

In the real estate world, I have served as president of the Million Dollar Club of Lane County, which has 120 members out of 1400 agents in Lane County. Also, I have served as president of the Willamette Business Association.
